University Housing is available for single graduate men and women in three residence halls and one apartment community. Graduate student housing facilities accommodate 30 to 70 residents, and all are coed.

Student Family Housing became available to students attending the University in 1955 through the cooperative efforts of the Graduate School and the Division of University Housing. Student Family Housing, also known as the Eagle Heights community, is located northwest of the central campus and just minutes away by bike or bus. Residents of Eagle Heights have access to a community center and staff who are able to assist with all kinds of services including child care, recreation programs, and social services.
