Reminders:
NEWPreliminary Examination Form (Word Document), Prelim/PhD Warrant Request Form (Online Request Form), and Alumni Address Update Form (Online Submission) are available on the Cancer Biology’s updated website: https://cancerbiology.wisc.edu/policyandprogress/
8/26/2018: Summer Degree Deadline (dissertation must be deposited by this date for a Summer 2018 degree)
9/4/2018: Fall Dissertator Eligibility Deadline (Preliminary Exams must be passed to start dissertator status for Fall-enroll in 3 credits)
9/4/2018: Fall Window Period Ends (8/27-9/4: Fall Degree Granted, but not required to enroll in Fall 2018 credits)
All warrant requests must be submitted 3 weeks in advance of examination or final defense per the Graduate School
Warrants require signatures from all committee members
The original signed Preliminary Examination Warrant must be submitted to the Program Coordinator
A copy of the signed PhD Warrant must be submitted to the Program Coordinator; the original is uploaded during the Exit Interview with the Graduate School
Please print 4 copies of your final dissertation for binding to the Program Coordinator; please double check each copy to ensure the pagination is correct and it is complete (not missing pages)
There is NO Commencement Ceremony for Summer graduates; Summer graduates may walk in either the prior Spring or the following Fall commencement ceremonies; for more commencement information: https://commencement.wisc.edu/
